By accessing and using the ZomApp platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZomApp provides a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that enables real-time photo sharing at events via QR codes and large screen displays ("Live Slideshow").

3. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

4. User Content

ZomApp allows users to upload photos ("Content"). You retain all rights to the Content you submit.

• Responsibility: The event organizer is entirely responsible for the moderation and content shared at their event.
• Prohibited Content: Uploading illegal, offensive, pornographic, or copyright-infringing content is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid services are billed in advance. We offer a full satisfaction refund guarantee if requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided the event has not yet taken place.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ZomApp.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZomApp be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
